Rental Agreement Terms
By signing our Rental Agreement, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1 Equipment Condition & Ownership
The medical equipment remains the property of Sky Medical Supplies LLC and is provided in excellent condition. You must return the equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. We reserve the right to repossess equipment at any time if used in violation of this agreement.
2 Loss, Damage, or Theft
Sky Medical Supplies is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of equipment during the rental term. You assume all responsibility and risk. You agree to reimburse us up to the full replacement cost for any damage, loss, theft, or destruction of equipment. We may charge your credit card on file for repair or replacement costs.
3 Liability & Risk
You assume all risk and liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) to persons or property during use or operation of the medical equipment. You agree to hold Sky Medical Supplies harmless and indemnify us against all claims arising from such use.
4 Usage Restrictions
Under no circumstances shall the equipment be used or operated by:
- Anyone under the age of 18 (unless a waiver is signed by parent or guardian)
- Anyone under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics
- In any unsafe or dangerous manner
5 Accident Notification
You must notify Sky Medical Supplies immediately of any accidents or damage resulting from use or operation of the medical equipment.
6 Collection Costs
You agree to pay all costs, expenses, and attorney's fees incurred by Sky Medical Supplies in collecting sums due, regaining possession of equipment, or enforcing any claims under this agreement.
Rental Period & Pricing

Returning Rental Equipment
To return rental equipment:

- Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging if applicable
- Once equipment is inspected and approved, your security deposit will be refunded

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
Must be in original packaging with all tags and labels
Accompanied by receipt, invoice, or order confirmation
No signs of wear, damage, or missing parts
How to Return an Item

Important: Custom-ordered items, personalized products, and hygiene/safety products (e.g., bath safety equipment, compression socks, wound care items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Rental equipment is subject to our Rental Policy terms.
