If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with this Return Policy. Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).
Refunds
If you are returning the item(s) for a refund, we will issue a credit to the original payment method within three days of receiving the returned item(s). If you are returning the item(s) for an exchange or store credit, we will process the exchange or issue the store credit upon receiving the returned item(s).
Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns: Mobility Products wheelchairs, transport chairs, rollators, bathroom items, compression stockings and rental items. Additionally, we do not accept returns on items that have been customized, personalized, or modified to your specifications.
