Spacious shoes will best accommodate its 1/8th inch thickness. Interchangeable for both left and right foot. Small fits shoe sizes 6-9 and average width feet, Large fits shoe sizes 9+ and wide feet.

Additional details
Slide on over forefoot and big toe. Position covered gel pad over bunion joint.
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before use. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional toe pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. Remove while sleeping. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
