Lasting up to 30 minutes of cold therapy, the small Reusable Cold Pack can help alleviate muscle and joint pain as well as swelling and inflammation. Safe for all ages, the ice pack is reusable and conforms to the body to help treat the injury. The small cold pack features Marvel’s Avenger including, Captain America, The Hulk, Iron Man, Black Panther, Thor, and Black Widow.

- For initial chilling, place the cold pack flat in the freezer for about two hours. Do not chill below 0° F (-17° C).
- Remove from freezer and place a towel between the skin and the cold pack.
- Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes.
- Place back in freezer when done.
Hand wash in warm water using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. Air dry.
