Safe for all ages, the reusable ice pack remains flexible when using on the targeted area to help treat the injury. Choose an ice pack featuring one of your young athlete’s favorite Marvel characters: Spider-Man, Captain America or The Hulk.

  1. For initial chilling, place the cold pack flat in the freezer for about two hours. Do not chill below 0° F (-17° C).
  2. Remove from freezer and place a towel between the skin and the cold pack. 
  3. Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes.
  4. Place back in freezer when done.

Hand wash in warm water using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. Air dry.
