Please refer to the size chart above. You need to measure the circumference of your waist. If your waist circumference is between 29-35”, choose a small. If your waist circumference is between 35-40”, choose a medium. If your waist circumference is between 40-46”, choose a large. If you have any doubts, it’s best to order a size up.
