PediFix GelStep Heel Pad with Soft Center Spot provides an even softer Blue Zone for extra cushioning, protection and relief of heel pain. Pads require less space in shoes than Cups. Center Spot provides larger relief area than ‘Spur Spot’.

- Place pad flat side down, snugly against the heel of the shoe.
- Hand wash. Air dry completely. Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
- Increase wear time gradually. Do not place product on an open wound. If irritation or discomfort worsen, discontinue use.
