- For initial chilling, place the cold pack flat in the freezer for about two hours. Do not chill below 0° F (-17° C).
- Remove from freezer and place a towel between the skin and the cold pack.
- Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes.
- Place back in freezer when done.
Hand wash in warm water using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. Air dry.
